We are happy to announce that we are using the finest Belgian milk chocolate to place our uniquely designed wrappers around! Chocolate is kosher. We use a professional color laser printer for our wrappers.
Our Returns Policy
We guarantee every piece of chocolate that we ship, as long as you have chosen the proper shipping method. If you live in the states of California, Florida, Texas, Arizona, Hawaii or New Mexico, or if you order chocolates between the months of April - October, we require that you use overnight shipping called Heat-Safe shipping, so we can guarantee that your chocolates get to you without melting or oxidation.
If you do not choose a Heat-Safe shipping method, we cannot guarantee the chocolates upon arrival and will not be able to either replace your favors or offer you a refund.
If, when you receive your order, it is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it in new condition and its original packaging for a prompt credit, exchange, or full refund. Returns must receive prior authorization, so please contact us for approval. Personalized items, all chocolate items, or orders made to order are not returnable unless damaged in shipping.
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. All returns or exchanges must be made within 20 days of receipt.
When placing your order online and make an error in personalization, we are not held responsible. Orders will print EXACTLY as the online form states. Please check and re-check for spelling and date errors. We ask that all orders are placed ONLINE to decrease chance of error in personalization.

Shipping and Handling
"All orders shipping to California, Nevada, Florida, Texas, HI and New Mexico will automatically be charged the overnight shipping through the year to prevent the chocolate from melting. As our customer you certainly have the right to waive that charge but we ask that you call us prior to placing your order to receive authorization."
All orders will automatically be shipped overnight (on ice) until October 13 unless you call first and receive authorization to waive that charge
In order to ensure that heat sensitive orders arrive in perfect condition we provide you with overnight "Heat-Safe Shipping" to protect your order from heat related damage. Since summer months are a difficult time to ship chocolates, we have made Heat-Safe Shipping your only option when ordering chocolates up to and including October 1. We ship your chocolates late and make sure they arrive within 2 days so the shortest time possible is taken up in transit. In addition, your favors are packed in a lined box with ice packs for extra protection.

During height of summer, though, if the box is neglected once it's delivered, melting may occur. To help protect against melting, we ask that you:
• Provide a shipping address where someone will be available to sign for the package and place it in a cool, safe place. Orders left on your front doorstep all day are sure to become damaged.
