You don't have to be 16 to get this party favor - you can fill it in with any number birthday you wish. A cake glowing with candles decorates this decidedly feminine wrapper - personalized just for the birthday girl on her special day. Let us know if you would like to change the wording to accommodate age otherwise all wording comes standard. Belgian milk chocolate bar included.
